The Role: The Full Stack Developer plays a key role in delivering technical solutions across the business, contributing to a wide range of projects that support operational and strategic outcomes. Working across both front‑end and back‑end development, the role ensures all work is completed to a high standard using best‑practice coding principles. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from multiple teams to achieve shared goals, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system functionality. Key Responsibilities: Develop clean, well structured, and well documented code following best practice standards. Analyse systems and workflows to design effective, scalable solutions that align with business needs. Conduct thorough testing, support QA and UAT phases, and resolve post‑deployment issues to maintain system stability. Manage code effectively through proper version control, detailed commit messaging, and high‑quality manual and automated testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, set realistic expectations, and contribute positively to cross‑team outcomes. Prepare clear technical documentation and contribute to training materials as needed. Participate in team brainstorming sessions and provide input into future technical initiatives. Drive continuous functional improvement by identifying issues, proposing enhancements, and communicating opportunities to stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to support innovation and system optimisation. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and workplace safety standards across all development activities. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in a development role. Strong technical skills across HTML, CSS, modern frontend JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.), and Node.js. Experience scoping and delivering medium‑to‑large technical projects in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. General AWS capability, including APIs, Lambdas, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code. Key behavioural strengths, including attention to detail, problem‑solving, interpersonal effectiveness, teamwork, and critical information seeking.
